Built for the companies that work the new wells

Water and fluid haulers

New wells need water trucked in and flowback trucked out. Call the operator before the rig shows up.

Saltwater disposal

More wells near your site means more water coming your way. See who is drilling within reach.

Directional surveyors and rig services

You get hired right before drilling starts. Pending filings and new permits show who is next.

Crude haulers and gathering

New wells mean new barrels. Get on the operator's list before first oil.

Roustabout, rentals and site work

Pads, roads, tanks and rentals follow every permit. Know where the work is going.

Landmen, engineers and consultants

Spot operators moving into a county for the first time, with their mailing address and phone.

What each weekly report has

New drilling permits

Operator, lease, well number, oil or gas, horizontal or vertical, depth and formation, approved that week.

Filed, waiting for approval

The earliest public signal that a well is coming, from the last 30 days of filings.

Wells that started drilling

Spud dates from the last 30 days: rigs on location, with completion, water and service work next.

Operators new to the county

Companies drilling somewhere for the first time have no local vendors yet.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

Public Texas Railroad Commission records: drilling permits, completions and the P-5 operator directory. We pull them, check them, and sort them by county every week.

When does it update?

Every week, after the Railroad Commission's Tuesday data refresh. Your email goes out once the new week is in.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from your Gumroad receipt or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a free trial?

Every account gets one full report for its counties free, and the weekly county numbers stay free.
